Tech Sights for Remington 597 REM200

The REM200 Tech Sights for Remington 597 is windage and elevation adjustable and fits all Remington 597 rifles drilled and tapped for scope mounts.  The TSR200 features a rear sight assembly with elevation adjustable aperture with detent stops, as well as a front sight tower and post.

• Easy installation with no drilling or tapping required.

Installation

1. Make sure the firearm is unloaded with magazine removed.  Lock the bolt in the open position.  Never install sights on a loaded firearm.
2. Remove the original front sight.
3. Apply thread locker to the 6-48 front sight screw (included).
4. Install the front sight tower and tighten the screw.
5. Apply thread locker to the rer sight lock block assembly.
6. Position the rear sight assembly on the scope rail.
7. Slide the rear sight assembly to the left, engaging the rail.  
8. Install the lock block assembly on the left side of the rear sight aseembly, and install the retaining nut on the right side.
9. Move the rear sight assembly to the desired position, and tighten the retaining screw.
10. Enjoy shooting your upgraded rifle
