We often get questions from customers asking, "Do you actually have this item?" Most of our product pages will tell you! You should see a stock status indicator near the Add to Cart button. This stock status indicator will tell you when you can expect that item to ship.
Ships Same Day: This means that the item you are viewing is physically in our inventory at our facility in Pennsylvania. Most items we sell will indicate this if they are available, because we stock most of what we sell. If you place your order on a business day before 3PM Eastern, your order will ship out today.

Last Items in Stock: We have this item in stock, but there may only be one item left in our inventory. If you purchase a quantity of one, it will most likely fall under the "Ships Same Day" fulfillment window. If you order more than one item, your order may be delayed.
Backorder: This means that the item you are viewing is available for sale, but is not currently in stock for immediate shipment. We try to keep everything in stock at all times, but sometimes our popular items sell faster than we can restock them. Items with this status are available for order now, but they will ship when we receive more from the manufacturer. Wait times may vary, contact us for info about a specific product.
If you order an item and see that the stock status on our website changes to "Backorder", that means you ordered the last one of those items that we had in stock.
In Stock or Available: This means that the item is in stock and available for sale, but not at our facility. Some of our manufacturers have very large product catalogs, and we can't possibly stock every part. We list some of the less common items for sale, and have them shipped to you on our behalf. These items will often ship quickly directly from the manufacturer to your doorstep, but there may be a delay of 1-2 days before your order ships.
Unavailable or Notify Me When Available: This means that the item you are viewing is no longer available from our store. Sometimes this means that we no longer offer it for sale, but it most often means that it has been discontinued by the manufacturer, and we can't get it anymore.
Inventory Errors
We work very hard to make sure our inventory is accurate, but mistakes can happen. In the event that the inventory status for an item in your order was incorrect, we will reach out immediately to let you know.
