The 47100 fits Marlin 1895, 336 and 444 rifles, with EGW also listing the Marlin 36 and 375 among compatible models. It is designed to use the factory drilled and tapped receiver holes.
The EGW 47100 is a 0 MOA rail. See our guide to 0 MOA vs. 20 MOA Picatinny rails for help choosing the appropriate elevation.
EGW states that the rail is compatible with new Marlin firearms produced by Ruger because they retained the same receiver hole spacing as the original models.
EGW currently lists several Henry models as compatible with the 47100, including the H009, H010 and H018, with the H018 limited to the 20-inch barrel configuration.
No. The BJL Outdoors fitment guide lists a separate rail for the Marlin 1894 rather than the 47100. Always verify the exact Marlin model before ordering. See our Picatinny Rail Fitment Guide.
The rail includes #8-40 x 1/4-inch screws and a T-10 bit. EGW recommends 20 in/lbs of torque and a drop of blue Loctite during installation.
No. The 47100 is selected by the specific Marlin receiver mounting pattern rather than conventional short-action or long-action terminology. For general information about action lengths, see What’s the Difference Between Short Action and Long Action?
