Daiwa’s new Iprimi LT introduces a first-of-its-kind spinning reel with a design comprehensively centered around trout fishing. Offering the perfect compliment to Daiwa’s Presso ultralight rods, the new Iprimi LT exhibits a lightweight package packed with Daiwa’s latest technology. The Iprimi LT sports a light but rigid Zaion V LT body to dramatically reduce weight and provide the perfect balance with ultralight rods.

It's AIRDRIVE DESIGN components are outfitted with weight-reducing characteristics. The AIRDRIVE BAIL is a hollow tubular design and the ZAION V AIRDRIVE ROTOR is light and reactive to slightest twitch or stop of the handle. These two components work harmoniously to offer perfect rotational balance, removing any excess vibration or wobble and thus maximizing the sensitivity of the rod.

Available in just two of the preferred sizes for trout fishing, the Iprimi LT 1000 offers a lower gear ratio, perfect for keeping spoons and spinners in the strike zone longer while the Iprimi LT 2000 features a high-speed gear ratio and slightly more line capacity making it great for a variety of faster moving lures or lighting fast hooksets when fishing dough baits.
