How do I know which Picatinny rail fits my Browning A-Bolt?

Is the EGW 43000 for a short action or long action?

No. The AB3 is a different Browning rifle design and uses different mounting dimensions. EGW specifically states that the 43000 does not fit the AB3.

What screw size does the EGW 43000 use?

The EGW 43000 uses #6-48 mounting screws and includes the required T-10 bit. EGW recommends 20 in/lbs of torque for installation.
