This adapter threads on the rear cell of all Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes.  Attach your camera's T-ring adapter (sold seperately) to the T-Adapter, attach the T-Adapter to your telescope, and lock your DSLR on to the T-ring.  Both a T-Adapter and T-ring for your camera are required to utilize this setup for astrophotogrpahy.
