The Fenix E12 V3.0 is a compact everyday carry flashlight designed for dependable illumination without a proprietary rechargeable battery. Powered by a single AA battery, this small LED flashlight produces up to 200 lumens and reaches distances of up to 78 meters. The Luminus SST20 LED is housed in a durable A6061-T6 aluminum body with a hard-anodized, abrasion-resistant finish. A magnetic tail allows the flashlight to attach to compatible metal surfaces for hands-free lighting, and the two-way pocket clip supports flexible carry or attachment. The tail can also stand upright on a flat surface. Three Brightness Levels

The E12 V3.0 offers three output settings controlled by its single tail switch. Once the flashlight is on, tap the switch to cycle through Low, Medium, and High. The intelligent memory circuit recalls the previously used brightness level when the light is switched on again.

Runtime and output figures are based on Fenix testing with an AA alkaline battery. Actual performance varies with battery type and operating conditions.

AA Battery Power for Everyday Use

The E12 V3.0 uses one AA battery, a widely available power source that is convenient for travel, emergency kits, and outdoor gear. Fenix recommends AA alkaline and AA nickel-metal hydride batteries. The flashlight does not support charging, and 3.7V rechargeable 14500 lithium-ion batteries must not be used.

Magnetic Tail and Two-Way Pocket Clip

The magnetic tail attaches to compatible iron or steel surfaces, helping position the light for hands-free work. The two-way clip provides flexible attachment options, while the flat tail allows the flashlight to stand upright on a level surface.
